Salesperson

• SHOWROOM SALES

  You will be required to do one-on-one sales presentations in our Osborne Park showroom from Monday to Saturday. Presentations involve educating people about our product, determining individual needs for price, functionality, and importantly, what look they are trying to create for their home. You will need to take copies of house plans and take all the details required to prepare a quote.

• IN HOME SALES

  You will be required to visit customers in their own home to showcase the products and match them to their lifestyle and décor requirements. This is often done after hours. This will require you to give basic interior design advice and offer décor suggestions to some customers. You will carry large samples of each floor type in the car which can be assembled in the customer's home to give a visual representation. You will need to draw and measure the areas of the house to be installed and take all the details required to prepare a quote.

• PREPARING QUOTES

  All quotes are prepared on our custom-built software. All house plans and in home quotes are measured manually and require very good attention to detail. All documentation must be correctly filled in for the smooth running of the installation.

• FOLLOWING UP QUOTES

  You will need to regularly follow up all quotes. This is usually done over the phone. You will need to be able to answer and overcome people's questions and objections easily and have the ability to hear the true meaning behind people's words.

• ATTENDING NETWORKING FUNCTIONS

  You will be required to represent the company at industry events and various other networking functions.

• DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INDUSTRY ALLIES

  Much of our work is referred to us by builders, interior designers, architects etc and therefore requires you to constantly develop and maintain these relationships through regular contact and our in-house thankyou program. You will also be required to cold call potential industry contacts both on the phone and in person.

• PUBLIC RELATIONS WITH KEY BUILDERS DISPLAY HOMES

  Our floors are installed in many display homes around Perth so it essential you keep the staff at these homes informed and thinking well of us.

All aspects of the job to be carried out as per Bamboozle Systems and Procedures. You will also be required to have a basic understanding of many other aspects of Bamboozle Systems and Procedures and general daily operations.
