Firstly, the professionalism of staff in the showroom was second to none. He was extremely helpful and honest, and made sure we selected the right product for our home.

They arrived at the time they were expected, discussed how to best to work in with us, planning which rooms would be done on which day. Having almost 100 square meters of flooring laid whilst the family of 5 still live in the home, is a job in itself.
At no time did we feel uncomfortable with them being in our home. They showed the utmost respect to us all. Their tools that were left on our patio over the weekend for the job to be finished were all left packed neatly to one side."
