Louise (Office)

"Hi everyone, I’m Louise. I joined the Bamboozle family just over a year ago when my family and I moved here from Ireland. I am part of the finance division and a large portion of my time is focused on spending money! No, no not shopping! :-) I ensure that all employees, installers & other creditors are paid and on time. As well as this, I look after all the other the accounting side of things. I love working at Bamboozle as it’s a fun, friendly, family orientated place to work."

Luciana (Flooring Design Consultant – Osborne Park & Community Manager)

As we near the time for your floor to be installed, I’ll pop around and conduct your flooring appraisal to ensure the process is as smooth as possible and that your expectations are met. Andy (Delivery & Warehousing)

"I’m the one who does all the work around here. I pack your orders as they come through and then hand-deliver them for you. Sneak a look into the warehouse when you visit – I bet I’m the one doing the most. Warehousing and deliveryman extraordinaire – that’s me!"

Alan (General Manager)

"I’ve been in the timber flooring industry for over 10 years now, with European, American and Australian experience. I first started with Bamboozle over three years ago as the coordinator for our installation teams. Now, I’m working with all our teams as the General Manager."

Charles (Product Development Scientist)

Lee (Quality Assurance Manager)

"Howdy. I’m the resident geek - one of the behind the scenes guys that makes sure our business systems work in your favour. Actually, not many people realise this, but I’m really quite a big deal around these parts. My job is to ensure we achieve peak customer satisfaction. I'd take the opportunity here to explain more about how brilliant I am at it, but I'm stuck to a word limit and you’ll soon find out anyway. Haha no, it’s quite boring to explain really – so you'll just have to take my word for it."

Kevin (Director of Chinese Operations)

"I have been working with Bamboozle from China since the company started. My job is to oversee all Chinese operations to make sure Bamboozle has enough top quality floorboards for homes in Australia. I also train all Bamboozle staff in China and the factory staff so they understand the requirements of Australian standards."

"Hello. I look after the day-to-day running of our partner factory in China. I am responsible for implementing company policy and procedures to ensure that Bamboozle’s high standards are achieved for every shipment. I inspect all workshops involved in the production of the Bamboozle products; checking with oven tests, coating thickness, moisture content, gluing procedures and other quality tests."
