We had been renovating for three months prior to the bamboo floors being installed and we had really begun to lose faith in tradesmen – we were at the end of our tethers. Firstly, the professionalism of staff in the showroom was second to none. He was extremely helpful and honest, and made sure we selected the right product for our home.

The supervisor was also great. We had to push back our install dates a couple of times as we were running late and he was always accomodating and understanding.

I had never, in eight years of working in the building industry, met a tradesman who calls the day before installation to check that you are still expecting him, turns up on time and cleans up after himself. I almost fell over when your installer called me to check that I was happy with the floor. The installer... not someone from the office showroom, but the INSTALLER! He was an absolute delight and a credit to your company.
